The Sherwood 5030 Soft Cap Elbow Pad is an extremely lightweight yet protective pad featuring a foam padded cap to allow for excellent mobility. Designed with a deep elbow channel the 5030 allows your elbow to sink right in and wraps right around to protect it. The 5030 also uses MD foams through-out the elbow pad and at the forearm and bicep pads uses Plastic inserts to protect from any stray sticks or slashes that may come your way.
